After FamilyFun closed down last June, I got to continue working on the content through the summer producing a newsstand-only issue called Crafts for Kids. It’s so full of projects and recipes to do with the kids for both the holidays and the every days.

For this project, I managed and planned the content, and worked with the in-house team at Meredith to put the finishing touches on a few brand new stories. Proofreading a project this large always feels like a monumental feat towards the end, but it helped that it was content that I loved—and that many of the projects came from some of my favorite developers.

Keep an eye out for the bright purple cover on newsstands near you now through early 2019—and definitely pick it up if you have elementary-age kids who love to be creative!
