In the new January issue of Parents, I have a fun recipe for crispy Avocado Fries. They’re surprisingly easy to make and are a delightful combination of crispy and creamy.
I hope you’ll check it out!

I'm so happy to share that my newest site, Yummy Family Food, is live. This site is geared towards families looking for recipes that are easy, realistic, doable, and affordable—and that have kid-friendly options included. I'm excited about this spin off of Yummy Toddler Food since it gives me a little more freedom with recipe development—and because I know that family dinners are often where we all need a bit more inspiration.
You can see Yummy Family Food here.
I had the chance to be part of the new issue of Wellmark's Blue magazine and I love the way the story turned out. I shared a bunch of relatable tips for helping kids eat well (without worrying too much, as is my motto at Yummy Toddler Food) and a handful of easy recipes. It's been so fun to hear from many local friends who've gotten the magazine in their own mailboxes! (You can read the story here.)
I have a new series of quick family recipes up on The Kitchn. These are recipes that my family loves and that we make again and again—especially when we're all busy during the day and there's not a lot of time to cook!
See the whole series here.
A few months ago, I had the opportunity to develop 6 recipes for the May issue of Delicious Living designed for expecting and new mamas. There are recipes to enjoy throughout the day and each one is totally family-approved, but packed with nutrients that mamas need.
Check out the whole story in the digital issue here.
I have a batch of recipes in the latest issue of Delicious Living, which you can usually find on your way into your favorite health food or gourmet grocery store. I love working with this client and can't wait to share a few more assignments that I have in the works with them.

Arguably the best part of Christmas morning for my husband is the kolaches, and while I came to them later in life—I come from a big Italian family who loves their Panettone—I now love them. And I love that they are a tradition that our girls will grow up with too.
I shared our family recipe on the Kitchn and I hope you enjoy them too. (P.S. This dough is amazing for rolls!)
Since having a baby in the spring, I've really streamlined things in the kitchen. I wanted to share some of our current favorite recipes—which are perfect for the adults and the sometimes finicky little eaters in your house—in a brand new recipe collection called Yummy Family Food. It's a quarterly cookbook that is available in digital and printed magazine forms and it's filled with fast, easy, and easy to customize recipes that even the littlest eaters can enjoy. Which means less time cooking and happier meals!
I've been working on content (recipes, writing, and recipe ideas) for Barilla over the past year and this one here is a favorite. Find more of the work (and yummy ideas for all things pasta!) over on their website.
I'm so excited to share that this week The Kitchn is featuring 5 of my posts with food projects and recipes for Mamas and babies. Follow along for a super delicious Lactation Cookie recipe, hydrating agua frescas, easy meals for the whole family, and feeding tips for littles!
If you see a copy of the March issue of Delicious Living in your favorite natural food store, make sure to pick it up! I have four super yummy make-ahead lunch recipes in the issue that are perfect for eating all week long. My family's favorite? The Slow Cooker Channa Masala, for sure.
Last week I shared a really fun and super easy Halloween breakfast on the Honest Company blog. I have to admit that creating this sort of "fun" food is not something that I ever thought I'd do as part of my job, but it's a really fun challenge! The post had almost 4,500 likes on their Instagram page and was one of the most popular things that I've ever shared on my Yummy Toddler Food page, so clearly playing with our food in this way is something that appeals to many moms—though I think the easy factor was pretty key!
A while back, before there was a hint of fall in the air, I developed a handful of recipes for the current issue of Publix Family Style. There are delicious pie recipes, new ways with Thanksgiving staples, and quick weeknight meals. If you live near a Publix, pick up a copy (that pie on the cover is worth it alone!)
